I'm looking through my Barney's Catalog. The cover reads: Have A Green Holiday.
For a fleeting moment I wonder if I can purchase a tree in a glamorous part of the Amazon. When I open the catalog I laugh at my folly.
But if I look at the fine print, I learn if I buy a Balenciaga or Fendi bag, a portion of the proceeds go to a charity that helps the environment.
And you know what? These bags are killer. I'm not joking. Particularly the black and white Balenciaga. It's insane! But it's also $1595. Not happening.
Sorry Mother Nature.
