Silver Screenprints

Some LA artists have created paintings capturing their favorite moments in film for Gallery 1988.
Remember these moments in A Christmas Story? Ralphie is so excited to meet Santa, and can't even speak when they meet. After a few false stars he gets out... I want an official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle! Santa says: You'll shoot your eye out, kid! Then the mall Santa uses his boot to push Ralphie down the slide.
Then here's Ralphie with his rifle before he wrecks his glasses. Poor Ralphie!

There are many other films featured in the collection, like Edward Scissorhands & Clockwork Orange. To see more, visit their website at www.nineteeneightyeight.com/home.html

The works you see here were created by Mark Bodnar & Israel Sanchez.
