Let's waltz through the entry & then check out the party.
Forgive the quality. Blame my Droid.
The main space is airy, expansive and modern. Chatted with the architect. He told me he was inspired by prisms. Personally, I'm reminded of a big fish.
An alcove in the lobby.
Looking down on LA Market, the Mediterranean restaurant in the main lobby. The jellyfish style chandeliers & bronze curtain with LED lighting. The first hint of the 80's...
Into the party. You spin me right round baby, right round, like a record baby
The chandelier-hanging, champagne-pouring acrobat
Talk about a head rush. She came up for air... and bottles.
Cheers!Bring on the food.A little fabulous fresh salad with little pomegranite seeds.
How you doin Miami Vice wall? Why yes, I would love a martini glass with short ribs sitting on a bed of mashed potatoes. Something similar. Guessing it's beef on the mash.A little lemon tart of deliciousness.Another 80's fab setting. Too shy, shy, hush hush eye to eye...
Dessert bar. Yay! Little ice cream sandwiches sitting on spoons in the back.

Hello. And Bye.
Looks like it was a good party. I'm sure as the diligent reporter you are you tried all the desserts! You always have to do thorough research. :)
Don´t worry about quality, nice pictures, great party, fab ice creams (yum!)
Anony above reminds me of "Go, Dog Go!"
"Do you like my hat?"
"I do not like your hat."
"Good bye!"
"Good bye."
"Hello. And Bye." is very 2006.
I dig the chandy hanging, but if it doesn't get me drunk faster, or make the champers taste better, it's kinda like dry-humping.

the desserts in the little cups were delicious.. it was hard to eat the ice cream cookie sandwich tho!
the champers was okay. i enjoyed the spectacle, especially when a group would gather around her with glasses and she let the bubbly flow!
