If so, then get thee to Whole Foods & buy a bag of GladCorn.
It has changed my life.
This is what they look like. Some look like regular kernels, but they're light and oh so satisfying. Salty like potato chips but healthier. 1/3 cup of the stuff is 140 calories, 6 grams of fat & 160mg of sodium.
The only problem is they're hard to find. I've only seen em at Whole Foods. GladCorn is sold next to the healthy chips & rice cakes. (I hate healthy chips & rice cakes btw.)
