Shutters on the Beach is like a friend's beach house. It doesn't feel like a hotel. Whimsical toys, books & decor are placed strategically around the room - most of which can also be purchased. Smart.

The interiors were designed by Michael Smith, who was recently appointed as designer of the Obama White House.
