With Thanksgiving around the corner & chilly weather visiting the Southland, Spiced Pecan Pumpkin waffles hit the spot. As they cook, the kitchen smells like I'm baking a pumpkin pie. Mmm. It's thanks to the pancake/waffle mix from William-Sonoma. I think it's $11. I've already made at least a dozen waffles & there's still more mix left. Not a bad price.
All you need to do is add an egg, milk and butter when you make them. Love the simplicity. I don't have the energy for extensive recipes in the morning.
