Suz, they're Michoacan style tamales called Corundas. All it is is the corn masa, not that maseca instant stuff. It's typically served with a stew called Churipo.My pops is from the great state of Michoacan and this is a Christmas and/or new years dish.Now, where you may be able to find it out here I have no answer unfortunately.
